Class Descriptions
At Clear Skies Yoga we value your unique approach to yoga, and we endeavour to deliver practices that are suited to the majority of the students present on the day. We try to offer classes that match our descriptions, however, as every day, and every yoga student is different, please understand that your class may differ somewhat from the description below.
All Levels Yoga
Our all levels yoga refers to a slower style of vinyasa or flow yoga. The classes begin with connection with the breath and centring, then move progressively through warm-up poses, sun salutations, standing strengthening and balance poses, seated poses including forward bends and twists, and reclining poses. There is a strong emphasis on alignment in these classes, as we believe that good alignment is the key to freedom and enjoyment of your yoga practice.
This class is suited to beginners to intermediate practitioners. Each pose is offered with modifiable options and alternatives. No booking required.
Slow Flow
Slow Flow Yoga is a cruisier version of all levels yoga, with more floor based stretching sequences and more options for beginners and students needing a slower approach. These classes still include strength based and dynamic practices, but with more space and time to get from one place to the next. No booking required.
Gentle Stretch
This class is perfect for soothing frazzled nerves, stretching out a tight body and calming a busy mind. Enjoy slow and gentle floor based stretches and relax in grounding restorative poses. This a great place for beginners to start, and wonderful for anyone with injuries or health challenges.
Mat Pilates
Discover the transformative power of Pilates with our beginner-friendly class. Designed to strengthen your core, improve flexibility, and enhance body awareness, Mat Pilates offers a low-impact workout suitable for all fitness levels.
What to expect:
Mind-body connection: Pilates emphasizes the connection between your mind and body, promoting relaxation and focus. Gentle movements: Our exercises are designed to be low-impact, making them suitable for all fitness levels.
Core strengthening: Pilates targets your core muscles, improving your posture, balance, and overall stability.
Flexibility: We incorporate stretches and flexibility exercises to increase your range of motion.

Terms and Conditions
When you purchase a Class Pass with Clear Skies Yoga, the following terms and conditions apply:
- Class passes are non-refundable
- Class pass expiries are firm and final.
- A minimum of 2 classes per week will be offered 50 weeks per year. We are unable to extend unlimited pass expiries in the rare event of unforeseen class cancellations. In the event of closure beyond this, unlimited pass expiries will be extended.
- We are unable to pause unlimited passes, except in unforeseen medical circumstances.
- We reserve the right to adjust our timetable at any time, with 2 weeks notice of timetable changes.
Privacy Policy
Clear Skies Yoga is committed to providing quality services to you and this policy outlines our ongoing obligations to you in respect of how we manage your Personal Information.

You may unsubscribe from our mailing/marketing lists at any time by contacting us in writing.

Sensitive Information

Clear Skies Yoga will not charge any fee for your access request, but may charge an administrative fee for providing a copy of your Personal Information.

It is an important to us that your Personal Information is up to date. We will take reasonable steps to make sure that your Personal Information is accurate, complete and up-to-date.
